Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Tour & Transportation Services
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or service will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48-72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee rescheduling without additional fees.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Guests may reschedule their booking for free if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of the service may be subject to a change fee.
- Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require a new booking.
4. Weather-Related Cancellations
- If a tour or service is canceled due to severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to:
- Reschedule for a later date (subject to availability).
- Receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
